With KSA testing this week, you may be a little stressed and worried about how you will do. Here are some tips and precautions you can take to ensure a less stressful testing week.
First, make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep the night before to make sure you are well rested for the long week of testing. Secondly, eat a good breakfast because most likely you won’t be able to have a long enough break to eat anything until lunchtime. Third, study, study, study!! Do not try to blow it off til the last minute and think you can just wing it. Take all the pre-tests you can, all the helpful videos and tips from teachers or on the internet. Lastly, be confident in yourself and your test taking skills, if you doubt yourself you will more than likely defeat yourself by overthinking too much. Just remember to breath and take time for yourself to get a good understanding of what section or question you are doing. Good luck!
