This morning teachers were met with a feast of breakfast items provided and hosted by our FFA members and advisor, Ms. Shearer. FFA members exchanged aprons for the formal FFA attire to serve teachers in a gesture of gratitude and kindness with multiple tables full of sausage, hashbrown casserole, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, donuts, and even fresh pancakes. The breakfast was not just about the food, it truly was about the connection between our faculty and our students.
As part of the staff who partook in the wonderful feast, I want to say thank you to Ms. Shearer and each FFA member who arrived early to serve us! We are so appreciative. It is such gestures that make us feel just a little bit more special.
